Tartan West: The Place to be Living

Anyone who’s spent time in Dublin, Ohio knows that it’s a special place. Its character, its people, and its natural beauty make Dublin one of the most desirable cities in the Midwest. The Tartan West Community Association is creating a place for living that is as spectacular as the city in which it resides.

When choosing to live in Tartan West, residents become part of our community association, which preserves the architectural integrity of each neighborhood and enhances our community spirit and pride.

The Tartan West Community Association provides its members with a number of unique lifestyle opportunities which have been created in a way that preserves the tranquil beauty of the land.

Nearly half of Tartan West is designated as green space: open fields and original forest areas are accentuated by a flourishing vineyard and over 4,400 cultivated trees. Walking and bicycle trails traverse this scenic landscape, dotted by nine ponds, waterfalls and fountains. These natural areas support an abundance of native flora and fauna, which are a sight to behold in their own right. Our trails also connect to a larger network that accesses Glacier Ridge Metro Park, downtown Dublin and beyond.

At the center of Tartan West is The Club at Corazon, with a fitness and wellness center, restaurant, and state-of-the-art meeting facilities.
